About this event
Please join the Atlanta Audio Club on November 17th at Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Decatur at 2pm. Scott Peterkin will be demonstrating the Baetis Audio Music Server. We're planning to have a ZOOM meeting with the factory so they can explain the features of their design and we can ask questions. Should be a fun afternoon of listening and learning.
Baetis Audio manufacturers audiophile quality music server/streamers.
Baetis is a leading provider of high-performance digital audio systems with a focus on innovation and excellence. Baetis Audio is dedicated to offering custom playback configurations tailored to meet each client's unique needs and setup.
The meeting will feature brief A-B sound comparison of the Club Audio Equipment as is, then with the club equipment using the Baetis Reference 4 Mingo streamer/server at the front end. This will be followed by listening to a variety of music through the Baetis plus the T+A DAC that we heard at the last meeting. If time permits, we may play with the HQ upsampling program to see how it sounds when run through the Baetis.
The meeting will be hosted by AAC member Scott Peterkin and will include a Zoom presentation by Joe Makkerth plus a Q&A session with Joe.
In order to accommodate as many requests from members to hear particular songs, we are asking members to submit PLAYLIST suggestions by November 3rd.
